Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The role requires a strategic and comprehensive understanding and ability to plan and execute traditional, on- and offline marketing across the Greater and Mainland China markets. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing a holistic marketing program in Asia, targeting residential market and third-party distribution channels, to support our major growth objectives.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company and sales objectives
  • Assist in the detail development and execution of marketing and PR initiatives across various channels, including events, trade shows, promotion, advertising, printed materials, tools etc targeting specific sectors
  • Monitor, update and evaluate campaign performance for management review, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation in the future via designated channels

Residential and Third-party Distribution Channels Support

  • Identify and assist in establishing strategic partnerships with third-party distribution channels, particularly in Mainland China, to expand our market reach
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximise visibility and sales through third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with distribution goals and objectives.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize third-party marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in third-party distribution marketing in Mainland China.
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations to clients and to potential partners, proposals, sales tools, literature, as well as and other materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Tai Ping
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support pitching efforts to potential residential clients
  • Conduct residential market research and analysis to understand the industry, customer needs and preferences, enabling the sales team to tailor their pitches accordingly
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as a marketing representative, providing expertise and support

Collection Development Support and Product Marketing

  • Oversee, document and report the collection development process
  • Generate product marketing materials including collection presentation story/inspiration, naming, press release, photography, videography, brochure, and tools
  • Ensure proper brand presentation across all channels and media

Digital Lead Generation and Conversion Rate Optimisation:

  • Utilise digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and content marketing, to drive targeted traffic and generate sales leads.
  • Leverage data mining techniques to analyse customer data, identify patterns, and develop customer profiles for effective targeting
  • Implement marketing automation tools and lead nurturing strategies to optimise lead conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with the customer journey, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to sales conversion
  • Continuously monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing technologies and channels
  • Gather and analyse data on market performance, customer behaviour, and sales trends
  • Provide reports and recommendations based on market insights

Multimedia Content Creation:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement and generate leads
  • Create visually compelling graphics, including invitations, communications materials, and other marketing collateral
  • Conceptualise and produce videos, reels, and multimedia content to showcase Tai Ping products and brand story
  • Manage the online store and company website (regional related content), ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines
  • On a regional level, oversee social media channels, creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analysing campaign results

House-keeping and Others

  • Keep track and align marketing expenses with budget
  • Regular event planning communications and reports to senior management
  • Trademark and infringement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, graphic design, and multimedia content creation, preferably in the luxury consumer goods, lifestyle and arts, or interior design and architect industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, particularly in the digital space
  • Exposure in Mainland China market and experience in luxury furnishing/ furniture brand is a plus
  • Experience or knowledge with data mining techniques, big data analytics and lead generation strategies
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, such as SEO, social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and multimedia/ video editing software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly creative with a strong eye for visual design and aesthetics
  • Ability to conceptualize and develop engaging graphics, videos, reels, and multimedia content
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with good inter-personal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel for events or meetings as required
