Job Description
The appointee will be required to provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the Department of Psychology.
Responsibilities
- Providing frontline service to staff and students
- Assisting in duties related to course offering, add/drop exercises, examinations, meetings, etc.
- Organizing student activities, seminars, workshops, conferences and other teaching and research activities
- Providing general administration support for the Programme
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least one year’s working experience, preferably in the higher education sector
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- High competency in MS office applications
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Effective communication skills
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatory provident fund.
