Business Development Executive - Cargo/ Logistics (5-Day Work)

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve business growth targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
• Work with team members and channel to expand our client base and penetrate new markets
• Prepare and present persuasive business proposals that showcase the value and benefits of our solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities

Job Requirements:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the airfreight, logistics, telecommunications or IT solutions industry.
• Strong track record of direct and channel selling, nurturing client relationships, and achieving business growth
• Knowledge in Air Cargo, Logistics and Telecommunication is highly preferable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage market insights to drive business growth
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Willing to travel
• Candidates with more relevant experiences will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive
