Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate project’s manpower and resources
- Monitor overall financial, commercial and technical matters for all projects
- Maintain daily project and site operation and prepare reports accordingly
- Tackle technical and design issues on site
- Maintain good relationships with clients, architects, developers, and consultants
- Attend design coordination meetings and site meetings
- Visit factory production progress in Mainland China
- Supervise and monitor subcontractors
- Report on project progress daily and weekly
- Plan the project schedule
- Implement or execute the contract according to CEO's instruction
- Handle any emergencies on site
- Handle ad hoc events as assigned by CEO
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Building Studies or related discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience in facade discipline
- Min 3-5 years PM experience in facade subcontractor is highly preferred
- Holder of green card, T1 and T3 certificate
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, independent and responsible
- Possess Strong problem solving and analytical, negotiation and crisis management ability
- Familiar with Microsoft Project
