Graduate Trainee

The Graduate Trainee programme is purposed to recruit talents to support the achievement of our future business goals and to meet your career aspirations.  You will be provided opportunities to rotate along different general business and functional professional streams (including but not limited to Production, Engineering and Quality Assurance) and to participate in projects relating to digitalization, finance and sustainability.  Quality training at PRC and overseas plants will be offered.  Upon completing the three-year programme, you will take up senior supervisory roles and will be supported by continuous development programme for further career advancement.

Requirements

• Final year student or recent degree graduate with not more than 3 years working experience.
• Passion in developing a professional career in the security printing industry.
• Proactive with an analytical and innovative mindset to resolve problems.
• Self-motivated and drive to achieve excellence.
• A good team player with leadership potential.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
• Competency in Microsoft Office.
