Job Description
The successful candidate will perform all-round of Human Resources functions; including recruitment, compensation and benefits management, training & development, payroll and any ad hoc project assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in HR management or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 1 year solid experience in sizable organization;
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong;
- Detail-minded, numerical-sensitive and a good team player;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving skills and sense of responsibility;
- Comfortable with a busy multi-tasking and time dependent environment;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
