Job Duties

• Responsible for project management operation for event/ exhibition
• Plan and monitor the entire flow of project from planning to onsite execution
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure project is completed timely, safely and professionally
• Handle client and project management from inception to delivery
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication or other related disciplines.
• 2 years of relevant work experience of trade marketing, project management, include planning and execution (agency experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency on MS office is a must.
• Attentive to detail, self-initiated, independent and customer-oriented
• Capable of multi-tasking with thorough thinking, able to work under pressure
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded, and willing to learn
• Strong sense of responsibility, a good team player, self initiative & motivated
• Willing to take challenge and ad hoc assignments
• Immediate available is preferred.
