Job Description

Part-time Admin Assistant
(From 9 AM to 1 PM, 4 working days per week)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine administrative duties such as data entry, faxing, photocopying, scanning & filing of documents to maintain organized records;
  • Manage courier arrangements for the dispatch and receipt of important documents;
  • Check report data to ensure accuracy;
  • Handle general office administrative and clerical duties such as office facilities management and all related issues;
  • Research travel, accommodation, visas and other related logistics for business trips;
  • Handle expenses claims;
  • Replenish office supplies and maintain inventory;
  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness;
  • Arrange catering and refreshments for meetings and events;
  • Assist in organizing company activities (e.g. company meetings, restaurant reservations);
  • Deliver and collect internal and external document (e.g. visa application to government);
  • Perform packing, labelling and clerical duties;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma or above in Secretarial or Business Administration qualifications will be an advantage
  • Minimum 1 years of working experiences ( Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply )
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Immediate available is an advantage
