Job Description
Responsibilities:
*Identify business opportunities and potential clients to achieve continuous growth
*Consolidate, analyze and report to develop action plan for business development
*Collect Market intelligence, identify potential clients, and present sales proposal to achieve sales objective and goals
*Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer and potential new accounts to generate recurring businesses
*Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirement
Requirements:
*Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines
*Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License is preferred
*Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or Product/ Service Category
*At least 5 years' relevant working experience in management of large scale residential premises
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
*Result-oriented and have positive working attitude
*Fresh graduate with good personality and aggressive character are also welcome
*Immediate available is highly preferred
