Responsibilities:
- Conduct events planning, client servicing and organize fringe programmer;
- Initiate, formulate and implement wide range of promotion and marking activities, including digital and social media activities, marketing programmer, such as seminars, conference, etc., from speaker invitation to on site event management;
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plan for exhibitions;
- Establish and maintain good relationship with chamber of commerce, associations, sales partners, suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, preferable in event management or creative disciplines;
- With 3-5 years' working experience in agency, exhibition or event company;
- Creative, strong marketing sense, organized and responsible;
- Proven time management, negotiating and multi-tasking abilities;
- Effective problem solver who is able to think laterally and ensure continuity of service;
- Good team player with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work under minimum supervision Candidate with more experience will be considered as Event Manager;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
