Seasonal Freelance Chinese Practice Buddy (Online)

We are seeking passionate and qualified Seasonal Freelance Chinese Practice Buddy to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for educators who can provide high-quality instruction during peak seasons, such as exam periods or regular school semesters. During off-peak times, such as summer or other school holidays, the available sessions are significantly reduced.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive online Chinese sessions to students of various age groups and proficiency levels using provided teaching materials and resources.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, especially during critical phases like exams.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate peak periods with higher session demands.
• Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to help students achieve their learning goals.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Mandarin, with a neutral accent and excellent communication skills.
• Prior teaching experience, preferably in online education or language instruction.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and varying available sessions.
