Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve revenue growth for pharmaceuticals & health care products;
- Expand and optimize distribution networks across retail, wholesale, and digital channels (e.g., e-commerce platform) to increase market share;
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, suppliers, and trade practitioners, securing favorable terms for the company;
- Lead go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities;
- Drive e-commerce growth through platform management (owned/ third-party) and consumer education initiatives;
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, pricing, promotions, market planning, consumer research, and channel/account management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years of marketing and sales experience in sizable corporations, with a focus on health product/ pharmaceutical sectors in the Hong Kong market;
- Proven track record in sales channel management, including developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share growth;
- Strong relationship management skills with key accounts, distributors, and various sales platforms;
- Familiarity with consumer trends and regulatory requirements in the health product/ pharmaceutical market;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with great interpersonal skills;
- More experience will be considered for Senior Manager/ Director position.
