Job Description
Duties:
- Take ownership of the designated program and be responsible for program quality
- Execute to achieve pre-set goals and explore ways to improve
- Supervise subordinates and part-time lecturers
- Contribute to and support program development, market research, and marketing activities
- Build business networks and partnerships with professional organizations and institutes
Requirements:
- Sub-degree or above in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or Communications
- A minimum of 6 years of working experience, preferably 3 years of relevant experience in academic program management, sales and marketing, and business networking
- Possession of local and/or non-local adult education or higher education experience is an advantage
- Knowledge in industry practices within the fields of Beauty and Health Care, Building and Construction, or Facilities and Property Management
- Result-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and patient
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
