Stage Manager

1. To work with the Head of Technical and Stage Management in implementing the technical aspects of COMPANY’s productions (including stage and outdoor performances, educational workshops, and related activities).
2. To supervise the work of the Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) and to liaise with and supervise freelance prop makers and stage crews.
3. To act as a liaison between the Director, cast, crew, and production team.
4. To prepare and maintain production paperwork, including notes, technical requirements, and any changes during rehearsals.
5. To maintain a safe and clean workspace, including rehearsal spaces and the backstage area.
6. To ensure all technical elements are executed as planned and that rehearsals and performances run smoothly.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Theatre and Entertainment Arts or equivalent;
2. At least 5 years related working experience in theatre production;
3. Mature, Be self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure, and manage a busy workload with high productivity;
4. Be proficient in computer skills including MS Office, AutoCAD; and
5. Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Salary and Benefits
