Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting members and public at reception area, providing high-quality face-to-face customer services
  • Handle appointment bookings and respond to general enquiries
  • Handle member registration and related documents,
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5/ HKDSE or above with customer service work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proactive with can-do attitude
  • Positive with strong sense of responsibility, pleasant, customer-oriented
  • Work on Saturdays and Sundays
  • $85 per hour

Through public-private partnership, medical-social collaboration, it provides district-based primary healthcare services which comprise comprehensive Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Prevention programmes targeting community members of varying ages and needs.
