Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting members and public at reception area, providing high-quality face-to-face customer services
- Handle appointment bookings and respond to general enquiries
- Handle member registration and related documents,
- Perform general clerical duties
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Form 5/ HKDSE or above with customer service work experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Proactive with can-do attitude
- Positive with strong sense of responsibility, pleasant, customer-oriented
- Work on Saturdays and Sundays
- $85 per hour

The DHC is a primary healthcare initiative of the Government. Through public-private partnership, medical-social collaboration, it provides district-based primary healthcare services which comprise comprehensive Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Prevention programmes targeting community members of varying ages and needs.
