Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for Partnerships to join our team at KKday Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key partners such as banks and retail brands. You will be tasked with leveraging these partnerships to drive revenue, increase profits, and ensure mutual success. Your ability to pitch, negotiate, and establish new partnerships will be key to achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and approach potential partners, including banks, retail brands, and other strategic allies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term success.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and collaboration.
- Revenue and Profit Growth:
- Utilize partnerships to drive revenue growth, explore new opportunities, and maximize profitability through joint marketing campaigns, exclusive deals, and other strategic initiatives.
- Analyze partnership performance and adjust approaches to meet revenue and business goals.
- Strategic Pitching and Networking:
- Develop compelling proposals and pitch ideas to partners, even when there is no existing network or established relationship.
- Highlight key benefits for partners and build win-win partnerships through creative approaches and solid value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with broader business objectives.
- Market Research and New Opportunities:
- Conduct research to identify new potential partnership opportunities that align with KKday’s business strategy and customer base.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to continuously refine partnership strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, preferably within the travel, e-commerce, or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of establishing and growing strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to develop creative pitches and adapt strategies to suit different partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting partnership performance metrics.
