Operations Coordinator (Pet Retail)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented coordinator to support our sales and operations team, ensuring seamless execution and fostering continued growth. 

Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

1. Execute a variety of administrative duties and undertake ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned to support company operations.
2. Maintain accurate physical and digital records, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible for reference.
3. Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to the sales and operations team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
4. Foster and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations.
5. Engage in local and international pet trade shows, pop-up events, and brand initiatives to enhance our market presence.
6. Assist in maintaining accurate and timely inventory records, prepare detailed inventory reports in accordance with established procedures, and conduct regular stock audits.
7. Support the creation and production of engaging social media content.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably with relevant experience in administration or project management.
• Sound knowledge of the pet products retail industry is highly desirable.
• Enthusiastic attitude, receptiveness to innovative ideas, and a strong aptitude for continuous learning.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Proficient in using Photoshop and AI tools to create visual content and enhance work flow is highly desirable.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
