About the role

We are seeking a Perfume Specialist / Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Culti Milano Asia Limited' in Central Central and Western District. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge to our valued clients. As a Perfume Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our retail operations, playing a key role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Provide personalized, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our fragrance products, including their notes, ingredients, and unique characteristics
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect fragrance by understanding their preferences and lifestyle
• Maintain meticulous product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
• Actively participate in product training sessions to enhance your expertise
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ensure the store's presentation and inventory are well-maintained at all times

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail or customer service role, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build lasting relationships
• Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the world of fragrances
• Adaptable and customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as needed
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
