Responsibilities:
- Handle general inquiries from internal and external customers
- Assist in network provider and panel medical services support
- Communicate with Insurance Company for claims cases
- Follow up and liaise with relevant parties
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Experience at customer services/ insurance/ medical industry with 1 year or above
- Experience in assisting of medical pre-approval is an advantage
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English/ Mandarin
- Working Location: Central or Tsim Sha Tsui
