Retail Shop Sales Associate(Bespoke Tailoring)(Mon to Sat)

Herencia provides bespoke suit tailoring service. The luxury brand is now seeking to recruit a Sales Associate capable of achieving the highest level of quality of service. Full training will be given. An engaging personality, meticulous attention to detail and positive attitude are essential skills for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer requests with an excellent positive customer-service attitude and presentation

- Outreach and engage with prospective customers to promote brand awareness and sales

- Taking precise notes and understanding clients’ exact requirements as well as being familiar with the technical language of bespoke tailoring

- Assisting tailor in client fittings

- Managing shop display and administrative work

Qualifications:

• Form 5 or above, minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in high-end fashion in both mens’ and ladies’ wear
• Have a current understanding of the luxury marketplace to identify and report on applicability of key trends in retail, service and display
• Strong communication skill in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Customer service oriented
• Willing to learn in knowledge of bespoke tailoring
• Have enthusiasm about the role and the willingness to actively contribute above and beyond the role description
