Marketing Assistant (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

And as part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you’ll play a vital part in advancing this movement. From inspiring meaningful connections with customers, partners and other stakeholders, to delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging, you'll be making a positive, healthy impact across all channels. You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support direct manager and channels sales function with marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure partnership distribution channel requirements are properly communicated to internal departments and external partners.
• Plan and implement channel product & marketing and sales promotion activities and events for partners and/or customers to support channel(s) in achieving sales target
• Deliver effective marketing and communication plan to achieve efficiency, including but not limit to cost per click, cost per acquisition, and achieve business KPIs include click through rate, response rate and conversion rate and leads generation etc.
• Measure, analyze and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Develop, customize and review communication, product and marketing collateral / sales tools / training materials for business partners to support their selling of our product and services offerings
• Manage the progress of deliverables to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Plan and supervise the relevant marketing budget
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement

Minimum Job Requirements:

University level education is an advantage OR

HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least passes in Chinese and Mathematics OR English and Mathematics at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above) plus relevant work experience

• Good communication, presentation and influence skills
• Insurance product knowledge
• Good timeline management skill
• With Bancassurance experience is an added advantage
