Network and Systems Administrator (PART-TIME)

OKAY.com is a leading tech-driven real estate agency in Hong Kong specializing in luxury property. We are currently hiring a part-time Network and Systems Administrator who is passionate about technology and excellent at problem-solving. This role offers flexibility, the chance to work with a talented IT team, and reports directly to the IT Director.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and provide on-premise / Cloud support for: Microsoft, Avaya, Kaspersky, Azure, AWS and Office365
• Manage and maintain office hardware systems including, server, desktops, laptops and related technology peripherals
• Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans
• Design and implement monitoring, configuration & patch management, and reporting functions that make the environment run with minimal manual supervision
• Assist with vendor evaluations, recommendations and negotiations for office hardware and software
• Train new staff on corporate IT policies, procedures, equipment and software
• Define and document best practices and support procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in systems and network administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, PBX, Basic knowledge of Firewall, Routers, Switches, etc.
• Good command of both verbal and written Cantonese and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working Location: Central
