Responsibility & Requirement:

• Handle inquiries and complaints of the property;
• Manage daily operations, liaison, administration and documentation;
• F.6 or above;
• PMP Tier 2 license holder;
• 2-4 years related working experience;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Customer-oriented and with good communication skills;
• Driving license holder is preferred
• Working Location: Chai Wan

職責及要求:

• 管理物業日常事務 , 及處理公司行政事宜;
• 持有物業管理人二級牌照;
• 具良好溝通及客戶服務技巧;
• 2 至 4年 相關經驗優先;
• 1, 2 號 駕駛執照優先;
   

工作時間, 地點, 及工資 :

• 5天工作 + 星期六長短週;
• 不需輪班工作;
• 工作時間: 09:00-18:00;
• 工資: 每月 HK$21,500-22,500
• 柴灣區工作
