Senior Sales Executive

Our company undergoes business expansion, we are in search of talented individual to become part of our team. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Account handling

  • Understanding consumer needs and preferences

  • Identifying and approaching new prospective clients

  • Cultivating and maintain good, long-term relationship with customers

  • Perform and follow-up on sales activities in assigned accounts 

• Gathering and analyzing market data and trends

• Prepare sales reports and review performance

• Monitor the workflow of subordinate

• Communicate efficiently with internal departments to ensure smooth operations 

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines

• At least 3 years of relevant sales / business development experience, preferably in Retail / Food / FMCG sector

• Self-initiative, positive, proactive and good time management

• Good business sense and able to work under pressure

• Detail-minded personality with good organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities

• Effective interpersonal, presentational, and communication skills are required, along with good customer services abilities

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
