Senior Manager (Ref.: PSO-SM)

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of staff to oversee the daily operation of the portfolios
• Develop budget and business plans to maximize revenues and formulate and implement strategies in response to the market changes

Requirements :

• Bachelor or higher degree in property management, business, surveying or related disciplines
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License with relevant professional qualifications in property management (e.g. MHKIS, MHKIH etc.) preferred
• At least 10 years' solid experience in leasing and/or property management. Experience in carpark portfolio management is essential
• Good business acumen with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
