职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks which include handling inquiries, filing, generating reports and presentations
  • Coordinate and support various activities including media, fundraising and volunteering events
  • Co-ordinate customer service team to maintain high quality services to stakeholders
  • Provide administrative, logistics and clerical support to the Division
  • Maintain database and support data entry for various programmes
  • Handle any other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer services, marketing, communications or event management role
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge of marketing databases will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of design software will be an advantage
  • Detail-minded, well organized and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, good team player and self-motivated
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
