Working hours: Mon – Fri 830 – 1730, Sat: 830 - 1230

工作職責

• 處理辦公室行政工作；

• 一般文書工作包括整理文件檔案，電腦資料輸入，核對文件，協助任何臨時事項；

• 處理客戶查詢及投訴。

工作要求

• 中五程度或以上；

• 最少三年相關工作經驗；

• 良好粵語，一般英語，懂讀寫中文，略懂寫英文；

• 熟練使用MS Office及中英文輸入法；

• 可即時上班優先考慮。

Responsibilities

• Manage Office Administration;

• Handle general clerical duties, including filing, data input, opening invoices, perform any other duties as assigned

• Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints

• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements

• F.5 or above with a minimum of 3-year clerical experience

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS office applications (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

• Able to work independently and under pressure, good communication skills

• Immediately available is preferred
