航運部管培生Management Trainee (Chartering)

崗位職責 Responsibilities

• 搜集、跟蹤、統計市場資訊，編寫市場報告，參與各類幹散貨航運市場相關的專題會議，協助公司船隊的經營情況分析與市場研究工作；
• 收集租船市場資訊、租約校對、成交記錄系統錄入，協助跟進租船合同的執行情況；
• 判斷市場走勢，協助制定科學有效的經營策略，參與船隊經營、貨載攬取等業務；
• 參與項目發展工作、積極開發並維護重點客戶；
• 負責部門內各項數據統計工作、材料整理及上報等工作。
   
• Participate in the collection, tracking and statistical analysis of market information.
• Write marketing reports and attend specialized meetings related to various dry bulk shipping markets.
• Assist in analyzing the operating situation of the company's fleet and conduct market research.
• Collect chartering market information, review chartering contracts for accuracy, enter transaction records into the system, and assist in monitoring contract execution.
• Analyze market trends, aid in formulating scientific and effective business strategies, and actively participate in fleet operations, cargo solicitation and other related activities.
• Engage in project development work and actively develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Oversee statistical work, organize materials, and prepare reports based on the department's diverse data sets.
   

崗位要求 Requirements

• 本科及以上學歷，海運、經濟、金融、市場等相關專業；
• 具備較強的學習能力和靈活處理問題的能力；
• 工作積極主動，具有合作精神；
• 具有良好的表達與溝通能力；
• 英文表達能力優秀，並掌握辦公軟件技能。
   
• Bachelor's degree or above in Shipping, Economics, Finance, Marketing or other related fields.
• Strong learning ability and the capacity to handle problems flexibly.
• Proactive work attitude and a cooperative spirit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and strong skills in using computer software.
