Transportation Officer (Fleet Management)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily operations of the company’s fleet to ensure efficiency, compliance with regulations, and operational excellence;
• Plan and manage computerized systems for logistics control and record-keeping;
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), service schedules, quality control measures, and continuous improvement programs;
• Lead and supervise fleet staff, including drivers and truck workers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety standards;
• Provide guidance and conduct performance evaluations for fleet staff to maintain high team performance.
• Assist the Manager in developing and implementing policies and strategic plans;
• Support transportation-related projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation;
• Evaluate contractor, vendor, and supplier contract performance to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors to achieve quality and service benchmarks;
• Address and resolve complaints from both internal and external stakeholders promptly;
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate customer complaints.

Requirements

• Degree holder in in Logistics and Supply Chain, Fleet Management or equivalent experience;
• Proven experience in people and fleet management (minimum of 3-5 years preferred);
• Project management experience is a plus;
• Valid Driving license (License 2) preferred; 
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English and Cantonese native speaker;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
