ROUTE SUPPORT OFFICER

You are expected to provide support for charterers on flight loading adjustment / flight loading information / fare adjustment and assist supervisor to communicate with charterers / coordinate with HB Sales offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control the flight inventory in response to different passenger demands and also have the right fare level for different markets at different seasons
• Use WeChat/email to reply to charterer on adjusting flight inventory and fare proposal
• Prepare analytical reports for management review
• Provide support for regular reports
• Perform other any duties assigned

Requirements:

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• Holder of diploma in any discipline, tourism is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of relevant airline experience/travel agents / customer services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, proficiency in spoken Putonghua
• Willing to communicate with charterer through WeChat
• Willing to work on shift and out-side office hour
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, including MS Word/ Excel
