Outerwear Production Manager (Station in Vietnam)

Responsibilities

• Able to manage the production of 800,000 units annually
• Familiar with Gortex, seam-taped garment, down jacket and ski wear products
• Responsible for the whole management and control of the factory and production operations
• Improve processes and procedures in order to increase productivity and reduce operation costs
• Ensure efficient use of resources
• Maintain a proper safety practices in the production lines
• Co-ordinate different departments in daily operations to improve production efficiency

Requirements

• Min 10-year solid management experience in outerwear manufacturers
• Strong leadership, well production planning and problem solving skills
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Station in Vietnam
