To accelerate business growth, we are looking for a high-calibre - You to join our cohesive community! In this role, you will work with experienced crews in our Credit  team, reporting to the Head of Credit. You will be a good fit:

In this role, you will perform:

• Review and evaluate credit applications and supporting documents to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers；
• Assess borrower credit status and determine their eligibility for credit approval；
• Approve P loan credit applications within authorized lending authority, ensuring alignment with risk tolerance and business objectives；
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff members involved in the credit approval process；
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and credit institutions.
   

Requirements:

• University degree in banking, accounting, finance and credit related disciplines;
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in loan / credit approval;
• Sound knowledge on Mortgage or Commercial lending is an advantage;
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex credit situations and make sound judgments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
