Senior Officer - Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify consumer insights and inform strategic planning.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including new product launches and promotional campaigns, covering advertising, public relations, promotions, and in-store activities, to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, focusing on social media and content marketing to engage consumers effectively.
• Prepare and compile reports to evaluate marketing promotions and analyze competitive activities.
• Liaise, work closely and overcome obstacles with different internal cross-functional teams, retailers and agencies to proactively keep ahead on timelines, deliverables and communications to ensure on-time and high quality delivery
• Act as an independent project owner, managing assigned projects with guidance from supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in beauty industry
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good command in both written /spoken English and Chinese
