We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team in the baby care sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP system, e.g. SAP / Business Central / CRM
- Analyze sales data
- Support sales teams with product knowledge
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to track sales performance and key metrics
- Close work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success and operations, to align strategies and improve overall business performance
Requirement:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Understanding of baby care products
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
