Senior Information Technology Officer (Retail Support)

Responsibilities:

Retail:

• IT side Preparation for new store opening
• Handle On-site & remote IT support for store, including but not limited to the POS, network, traffic, CCTV, attendance system equipment and software are all included.

System support:

• Handling inquiry for access right management, ERP, CRM, POS, communication tools
• Providing IT training and skill verification on a regular basis and on a headquarter new project requirement

Office desk side support:

• Provide IT support to office user including all hardware and software issue.
• IT asset management.
• Network equipment and server maintenance
• Door control access management.
• Report and communicate with headquarter

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Experience in POS, VB scripting, SQL, CCTV and PBX system, support retail industry is an advantage
• Familiar with network systems, router, firewall and video conference
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good interpersonal skill, mature, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
