Sales Manager (FMCG)

职位描述

A well-known FMCG Company in Hong Kong, we are now inviting high calibre candidates to join us as Sales Manager, lead team members towards a challenging and successful future.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Managing sales team professionally, provide guidance and support to maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve targets.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services.
  • Conducting site inspections regularly for potential clients and VIPs.
  • Carries out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales field, experience in open trade is preferable.
  • Experience in pharmacy/dispensary/drug-store channel is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of salesmen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
