IT Support / System Administrator (MNC, Hung Hom)

What will I be responsible for?

• Provide Tier 1-2 technical support
• Assist in technical hardware/software operations support such as installation, maintenance and testing
• Assist in performing and maintaining daily IT operations includes but not limited to network maintenance, hardware support and system documentation update
• Conduct basic audits of IT operations and report preparation
• Maintain accurate records like support requests, resolutions and IT inventory
• Provide user training and support on IT systems and software
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory standards
• Provide professional IT ad-hoc duties as required

What experience/skills do I need to be successful in this role?

• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Computing or related discipline
• 3 years solid experience in IT supporting exposure
• Basic understanding of IT auditing principles
• Solid experiences in desktop/system support and windows operating system
• Sound knowledge of exchange server, firewall and network technologies are beneficial
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Sensational analytical and attention to detail
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
