Assistant Estate Manager

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Estate Manager in establishing work procedures and policies for daily operations.;
  • Manage and oversee property management operations of buildings;
  • Prepare management budgets for respective building accounts;
  • Supervise the site management team to provide quality property management services;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ordinances and regulations;
  • Attend meetings and maintain a good relationship with the Owners’ organization;
  • Liaise with owners, occupants, suppliers, and contractors when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Property Management or related disciplines;
  • Chartered Member of HKIH/CIH/RPHM or member of other professional organization;
  • Holder of PMP License (Tier 1);
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 3 years of solid experience at the supervisor level;
  • Knowledge of Deeds of Mutual Covenant and the Building Management Ordinance;
  • Experience in portfolio management and pre-management of new buildings is an advantage;
  • Well-versed in using computer software, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure.
