Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical support to the department, e.g. data entry, filing, applications forms checking etc.
- Prepare various reports for different teams of the department
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- 1 year clerical working experience is preferable
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Word & Excel
- Good command of both written & spoken Cantonese and English
- Require to work at least 2 days per week
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
