Sales & Merchandising Executive

Responsibilities:

• Managing & servicing existing/new key accounts.
• Project Development / Project Management skills necessary.
• Organizing marketing activities including international exhibitions & customer seminars to promote company’s products.
• Providing feedbacks on competitions, products and market conditions.
• Co-ordinating with various functions to prepare the technical & commercial proposal to meet customer’s needs/requirements/specifications.
• Close liaison with the customers and intensive follow-up with vendors and factories to ensure completion of orders
• To process the orders from sourcing, quotation, samples delivery, testing and quality inspection arrangement to the final shipment
• Report to Top Management or Executive Assistant Role

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experiences in OEM/ODM toys field.
• Experience in plastic toys, electronic toys, wooden toys is preferable.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Good communication skill (written / spoken) Cantonese / English / Mandarin
• Good PC Skills like MS Office, Excel, Chinese word processing
• Capable of working independently & establishing relationship with decision makers and senior executives.
• Mature personality, aggressive, strong organizational and good team spirit
• Willing to work under pressure and willing to learn
• Occasional China and Oversea Business trips needed
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Merchandiser or Purchasing Clerk.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
