職位描述

We are a prominent Hong Kong listed company with its principal business of property development, investment and management. We cordially invite high caliber candidates to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Conduct employee resignation procedures;
  • Assist in employee performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • maintain up-to-date employee records such as personal information, salary adjustments, leaves, benefits, and other relevant details between HRIS and payroll calculation;
  • Handling employee relations matters and act as the point of contact for HR-related matters;.
  • Assist in analyzing training needs across the organization and develop learning and talent development strategies(if need);
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration;
  • Work on any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years all round HR experience in a sizable company, experience in Chinese state-owned enterprises is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, HR practices and other HR legislation
  • Mature, initiative, independent, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
