Sales and Marketing Officer (EssilorLuxottica Group)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for growing sustainable wholesale sales with existing customers and build up new customers, strengthen market share and trade visibility in HK market
• Achieve key business KPIs including but not limit to sales target, no. of door and volume
• Deliver smart sell-in programs and effective sell-out strategies
• Handle trade marketing and visual replacement duties
• Formulate and arrange promotion campaigns with clients and new sales channel activities
• Keep track of the record of the POP, budget, investment, database and distribution
• Enforce brand and marketing guidelines
• Work with different internal departments (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance) for providing excellent customer services and after-sale services to the customers
• Prepare market intelligence, trend analysis and management reports
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 5 years or above relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in the optical industry
• With knowledge in retail operations will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skill and sensitive to figures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross-functional projects management skill
• Well organized and attention to details
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is preferred but not essential
