Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as a business partner and provide day-to-day HR services related to compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, etc.
- Manage the entire payroll cycle (office staff and labour) in an accurate and timely manner, including salary and final payment calculations, attendance checking, leave management and pension contribution.
- Handle various employment related matters and provide HR advice to line managers whenever necessary
- Provide support in recruiting office and factory labours, identifying appropriate talent sourcing channels
- Assist in staff events on occasional basis
- In charge of the administration matters such as security access control system, stationery control, etc
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned by Department Head
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 4 years' relevant experience, exposure in the factory environment is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration is a must
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees Compensation and latest HR practices
- Pleasant, detail-minded, organized and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior HR Officer
