Job Highlights
Administration support, purchasing and order follow up under Trading company operation.
At least 3 years working experience and with trading flow knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for providing administrative support and sales operation support.
Be a proactive team members to ensure the quotations comparison, sourcing and order follow up properly.
To complete work assignments and administer ad hoc projects in a comprehensive and reliable manner
To handle English and Chinese business correspondence independently would be a plus, willingness to handle ac hoc task as well.
To organize databases and filing system
IANG and new immigrant also welcome.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline
Around 3- 5 years of relevant experience in medium size company
An effective communicator and a good team player
Eager to learn and willingness to work is necessary;
A detail-mined; Able to multitask
Ready for handling ad-hoc duties and willing to work overtime if in need
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Good in using Microsoft word/excel/power-point is a must.
