We are seeking a talented candidate to take on the responsibilities of Sales Manager for the Modern On-trade channel (western bars and restaurants):
What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Senior Channel Sales Manager, the prime responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:
- Executing sales strategies & plans for designated key customers as per the team’s sales objectives & targets defined every year.
- Identifying and maximizing potential opportunities/growth pockets through leveraging the company’s strong product portfolio and professional services.
- Negotiating customer contracts in accordance with the overall company sales strategy.
- Maintaining good customers relationship with professional service and be the preferred business partner of our customers.
- Planning, implementing and monitoring sales and promotion activities, including sales events execution.
- Volume & profit management, with good Value Management execution in the channel.
- Staying on top of channel trends and market's latest information with recommended action steps to sustain our leader position and win in channel.
- Responsible for the team’s operation and coordination of sales force related on assigned customers.
- Responsible for team’s capability building and coaching sales team members on daily operations.
- Handling of payment collection issues.
What we're looking for:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant working experience (Beverage industry is preferred).
- Strong networking, excellent in interpersonal & customer service skill with pleasant & outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results and achieve targets.
- Strong customer & consumer focus.
- Good planning & organization skills.
- Experience in people management.
- Strong numeric sense with good analytical skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Working hours:
- Mon - Fri: 11:00 - 20:00 (Sat 11:00 - 15:00 Standby)
