JOB MISSION 工作任务 

Achieve sales target through professional selling skill and offering customer amazing services. Maintain store image.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

主要职责

❖ Introduce/present products in line with company standard to customers

根据公司的服务标准向客户介绍、展示商品

❖ Focus on customer service quality and after sales service to customers

注重服务质量及商品售后服务

❖ VIP maintenance VIP

客户维护

❖ Daily stock-take execution and prevent stock loss

每日货品盘点及防止货物损失

❖ Assist to maintain store clean, tidy and visual merchandising

帮助保持店内的清洁、整齐，做好商品的陈列展示

❖ Standard grooming presented

保持符合公司标准的仪容仪表

❖ Good communication with customers and store staff

与客户及同事进行良好的沟通

❖ Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization

在公司内部构建跨部门的联系

❖ Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time

完成其他临时交办的工作

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

企业专业技能要求

❖ At least 2 years sales experiences in fashion retail industry, international luxury brand experience is a plus

两年以上时装零售经验，具备国际奢侈品牌经验者优先考虑

❖ Good communication ability, presentation and interpersonalskills

良好的沟通能力，商品介绍能力及人际交往的技巧

❖ Fluent Mandarin,English listening and speaking is a plus

粤语普通话流利，英文听说者优先
