Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and provide quality pre-sales and post-sales service and support to customers
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients and achieve sales targets
- Responsible for business development and account servicing for pest control service
- Provide value-added service/ solution to the clients
- Prepare daily quotation & sales reports
Requirements:
- Money Hungry individuals who are prepared to excel in sales
- No formal Pest control experience needed, we will train you with the “best in class” materials
- A can do attitude with the willingness to solve customer problems
- Tertiary education or above (Preferable but not a deal breaker)
- Preferably 2 years of sales & account management experiences
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
- Experience in CRM software is preferred
- Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
