Job Responsibilities
- Daily duties include perform monitor applications and network, health check and incidents handling
- Conduct system support for backup office operations and field equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, inspections, repair, install to hardware & software on-site.
- Deliver technical support, troubleshoot, install, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Perform regular maintenance on hardware and network equipment.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in using Linux server and Linux commands.
- Familiar in using Nagios Core will be a plus.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
