Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact as well as credible partner and trusted advisor for stakeholders or service units, actively support the organization reach its strategic goals and long-term objectives in the aspects of talent acquisition and/or talent development
- Guide team members and the business units through the annual processes of HR lifecycle including salary review, promotion, performance review, etc.
- Design and implement an impactful employee experience journey including but not limited to on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Work closely with business units and senior management on learning and development initiatives
- Build, promote and enable an inspiring, inclusive and learning work culture and practices that uphold the organization's brand
- Identify and drive HR best practices across business with continuous improvement
- Prepare and review HR data from various sources to provide insight and suggestions to facilitate management decisions.
- Other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, of which 3 years at supervisory level
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other employment-related legislations
- Solid experience in learning and development programs and experience in learning management system is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of both English and Chinese language
