Operation Manager(Retail and Beauty)

About the Job

Reporting to the CEO, you will be directly managing 6 retail stores/ treatment centres and overseeing 30+ frontline staffs within the Hong Kong market. This is a position that requires strategic sales & operation planning skills along with a hands-on and people oriented working attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all retail store operational matters to achieve long-term strategic business goals
• Review frontline sales and activity reports, and provide insightful analysis to C-suite executives on the performance of all retail locations
• Conduct quarter/annual performance reviews for frontline staff to manage and improve underperforming employees and recognize outstanding ones
• Oversee frontline sales coaching and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve incentive programs
• Act as a liaison between the Head Office and all retail sites to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service standards
• Work with Operations HR department on salary appraisals and new hires
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational processes and procedures for store operations, visuals, and marketing within the retail stores and treatment centers.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field
• At least 5 years' managerial experience in Retail or Beauty industry, with experience in both Retail and Beauty is an advantage
• Proven track record of achieving objectives and managing successful sales events
• Strong leadership and sizable team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities to address market trends effectively
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese
