Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team ;
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and follow-up orders to ensure timely delivery ;
  • Maintain updated records of sales, tender documents and contracts ;
  • Handle correspondence for sales team ;
  • Compile monthly/quarterly sales reports
  •          Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Requirements :
  • Tertiary education or above ;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration and coordination role ;
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese ;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and ERP system ;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills ;
  • Organized, detail-minded, able to work under pressure & meet tight deadline ;
  • Immediate availability is preferred
